Eligibility
Return within 30 days of delivery. Must be in original packaging with all accessories and tags.
Condition Requirements
Items returned in received condition. Products with signs of use or missing components may receive partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
In-ear headphones/earbuds (once opened), personal care devices, and "Final Sale" items cannot be returned for hygiene/safety reasons.
Return Shipping
Defective or wrong items: we provide a prepaid label free. All other returns: customer pays shipping.
